SD Card get Crashed

mahendiran
I tried to flash the Image using SD Card on FriendlyARM Tiny 6410 board and
our SD Card gets crashed the following are the steps I followed on past 2
days (9-11-2011 to 10-11-2011)

1. Formatted SD Card under FAT 32 format and used SD-Flasher.exe to fuse
boot loader(superboot-20101223.bin and also superboot-20110405.bin) binary
into SD Card.
2. After Fuse operation is success I checked the SD Card Memory usage and
it creates two partitions one for superboot which comes 130 MB and as
hidden partition and the other for user space to store image file and
finally my SD Card structure is (F:/images/Android/*.*)
3. After copying the images to SD Card I edited the Friendlyarm.ini file
and done changes PFA(FriendlyARM.ini) FYI.
4. Then Connected FriendlyARM using serial port and performed serial port
settings in my hyper terminal and changed the boot mode to S2(SD Boot)
Switch as specified in manual.
5. I got two kinds of messages based on actions done in FriendlyARM.ini
file.
a. If I made the action variable as install I am getting messages like
Installation is successfully and not getting OS to be loaded there after I
am getting black or white screen.
b. If I made the action variable as run I am getting message like mount:
mounting /sdcard on /r/sdcard failed: No such file or directory PFA
(Farm6410.ht)
Note : I used Kingston SD card 2 GB and doing the above mentioned steps for
more than two times SD gets crashed.

I tried with Transcend 4GB SDHC class2 Card and when I performed Relayout
option in SD-Flasher.exe my SD Card gets crashed.

Please find us feasible way to handle this procedure.
