I can not Format my 6410 Nand Flash

Hi.
I ported WinCE on my 6410 successfully.but after several days when I
decided to port Android By using OTG USB, I got 2 problems.The first one is
that when I want to format Nand Flash,I mean when I press 'f' and then I
press 'Y', It write "scrub Aborted".And the second one is that, now I want
to port WinCE again,but it stops when it starts to complete Load Bar.
In addition I designed my 6410 Mother Board,I mean I'm using a 6410 core
board,and I think when I connected OTG to computer host usb it damaged my
core board because of short circuit between VDDs.Is it possible short
circuit causes these 2 problems,I should say I can use serial port and I
can see pulses on serial port on oscilloscope?

Hi my friend,
I have a 6410 with Linux OS and now I want to install win CE
on it. when I read the documents, it talks about a boot menu
which is displayed on a terminal. I have connected a terminal 
via serial port to and I turned up the 6410 and a lot of text 
are displayed on monitor but I couldn't see the menu. can you 
tell me how to bring boot menu. I was wondering if you could 
do me a favor and answer my question or tell me how I can find
more information.
