mini2440 board use as microprocessor

I want to use mini2440 board similar PIC ,  8051 or ARM microprocessor.
Which I can use IDE and tools ? and How do I make this ?

thank you very much. I read this section(no os) but this section is high
lavel to me starting. I have just started mini2440. I dont have enough
information this board and arm . I bought this board and downland linux in
mini2440. if you give to me information l am happy.

But there are keywords like Keil and ADS1.2, which hint at tools other
people use.

Coming from an AVR back-ground I would look at WinARM and

to see if someone has done support for the Samsung parts.
