PPP & OPENVPN conflict

Dear all,

I have a problem while establishing OpenVpn client and server over
PPP-Network.

I have successfully installed openvpn over TCP/IP Network, but when i try
to connect over PPP-network, the following error occures.

TLS key negotiation failed within 60 sec (Check Network Connectivity)

I do have the same problem, but with ubuntu on my pandaboard (Arm)
Did you find a solution to this problem?
