Section 1.10 in the Android manual for the mini6410 shows how to configure the IP stack for the Ethernet port. The manual shows the "Ethernet Setup" app under Android. However, this app is not present on the Android distribution that came with the board. Where can we get the APK to install this app so we can configure the Ethernet port?
Hi there. Have you considered building your own Android OS version? You can then include only what you need and or add additional. As for the APK you might find this on the CD in the Android tar file. I have done this and removed all of the Chinese applications and added support for GPIO and the Android Market along with gmail. All you need it a Linux PC and some patience. I recommend Ubuntu 10.04 for this. The latest 12.xx just wont' work. Dave...
