How to access gpio and serial port in Android

Hi,
I want to Access Gpio and serial port through Android  Application .

How Can I do that please help............

Well this is not forum about android programming. This is forum about
friendly arm. Need to ask on other place. Anyway for mini2440 there is
/dev/ttySAC0 up to SAC3 available.

well, I felt that SELVA is asking at right place, Do android have access to
GPIO ?
