Out of the box, my FriendlyARM boots up into Qtopia, then it says: "TSLIB Calibration utility Touch crosshair to calibrate" But I touch the crosshair with the stylus, and nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?
TSLIB calibration not working?
So, when you touch the centre of the crosshair in the top left corner (with the stylus) it does NOT move to the top right corner?
Hi t11s. I'm at the same point. Did you get to pass the calibration? All my cables seem to be ok. Thanks for the help!
I've installed Windows and run it, but the screen touches are not being detected. Am I missing anything or there is something wrong in my hardware?
"TSLIB Calibration utility Touch crosshair to calibrate" all things happens but the screen dowsnt works
I get to this same point, if I display the events "cat /dev/input/event0" I can see that there is a response to the touch screen but the cross hairs don't indicate any response. I haven't found a ts_test command as of yet. I am using a micro2440 with a 7" screen and the standard linux installation. Thanks for any help.
standard Linux = 2.6.32.2 from FriendlyArm AND it is been built for the A70 touchscreen? Command line works normally? Check the other entries in /dev/input
Everything appeared to be working correctly. I'm able to serve pages and view them on the network. The boot looks fine and doesn't thrown any outrageous errors. On further inspection it looks like the touchscreen ribbon cable may be damaged and may be causing the issue. I'll look into that next. I assume that means needing to replace the screen and cable as they come as a unit.
