Hello Alex,

If you can speak french, you will be able to find informations in this
newsgroup :
http://www.touteladomotique.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=35&sid=5010bdf...

It's a french forum about home automation, some guys use the mini2440 as a
HSTouch client.

On this link, Steph@ane explains how he made :
- he added the .net compact framework 2.0 in his image
- he uploaded in the mini2440 the HSTouch client with activesync

At the first start, he had to configure the ip address of the server and
the login/password.

I made the translation of a short message he sent. If you can't speak
french and have some questions, i will try to make the interface between
you and him.

Best regards

It seem that the mini2440 & HsTouch working on Wince5. Does it work on
Wince6?

I tested with Wince6 (default image: Chinese Wince6). I'm facing this
problem: "Disconnected from homeseer"

Rob
Hi Domodom,

Your manual for the gpio seems to be very clear because it worked the first
time.

Is it possible that you do also write one for using the mini2440 as a
hstouch client unter wince6.0?

I would be very very happy if you do! (And if you have the time for it!)

Thanks in advance

Rob

Hello Rob,
I'm sorry, but i don't use Homeseer, so it would be very difficult for me
to write such a tutorial.

Hi Rob,
I suspected the hstouch is not support Wince6 or maybe the problem is
caused by version of Compact Framework. (I assume the currrent version of
wince6 is preinstall with CF3.5 or there is totally no CF install)

If it is caused by the new CF, then we can try to downgrade to CF2.

I don't know how to install the Compact Framework at the movement. But I
will try.

It seem that cf3.5 caused problem on some devices.

See below:

@smching
To install cf your need to install it first on your main pc, connect the
mini with active sync.
Then go in activesync to menu extra and software.
There you can select CF and install it on your mini2440
If you want to try cf20 you must first remove cf3.5 and repair cf20.
